I am a chemist (PhD) from Germany and will start working as research scientist at the University of Antwerp mid November. Hence I am looking for an apartment/studio in the southern part of Antwerp that has a maximum rent of 950 € (all side costs like heating, electricity etc. included). I am a quiet and clean tenant and prefer a modern or renovated place that I could rent from November or December.
